According to KB Financial Group on Monday, Brand Finance annually announces the Korea 150 companies based on various indicators such as financial performance, market share, growth prospects, brand loyalty, and corporate sustainability. The list consists of 150 outstanding companies representing Korea.

In this year's assessment, KB Financial Group was included in the Korea 150, and its brand value was valued at approximately KRW 7.2 trillion (US$5.41 billion), up 16.7% from last year. This is a new confirmation of KB Financial's brand value and shows that the group continues to grow with the trust of its customers and the market.

Commenting on the achievement, an official from KB Financial Holdings said, “We ranked 9th among the Korea 150 as a domestic company and 1st in the financial industry.” “We will create greater value beyond the expectations of our customers and the market, and create a KB Financial Group that grows with the people,” he said. “We will further strengthen our brand value and continue to play a leading role in the global financial market,” he added.
